Business Proposal

Description:
Jump-starting and boosting careers
It can be scary to look for a job. It can be even scarier if you’re looking for your first job. Do you remember when you had to put together your first CV? Do you remember your first interview? Did you get a friend or family member to help you? Or did you do it on your own? Today there is an array of help online to help job seekers find a job.
Matchmaking employers with potential employees is still not an easy task and it can be time-consuming. And we cannot rely on AI to do anything for us in any tasks that require common sense, judgement and creativity. There was an interesting article a few weeks back I referred to, which went into detail concerning the use of employment interview bots. Not convinced it will ever happen. To get to a point where they can do all that, humanity will surely serve a purpose.
There are also many small companies that don’t have an HR department to recruit. Sometimes it is easier and more affordable to just advertise direct hire or hire an agent to do it for them. Recruiting needs to be welcoming. In a world that is more and more turned to quantity rather than quality, recruiting is becoming less personalised than it has ever been.
One thing doesn’t change: recruiting is about people. People are human beings, they have feelings, expectations and aspirations. Successful recruiting should be done always having these factors into account. Yes, the company has its targets. And yes, most companies have systems and processes in place. But to achieve the real match, recruiters need to aim for the right people for the job.
Social Media-wise, recruiters should advertise the perks of the position. For example, if advertising a factory job position – which is not usually a fun one – yet it is still a job position that needs filling. Companies can still promote the company culture (if the company’s vision allows it), the team spirit, the bonuses for the extra mile, training and career progression perspectives. A factory job can become a more fun position to apply for.
People adapt to circumstances, as they have done for thousands of years. I would probably go for SM posts along these same lines, promoting what the company has to offer as perks, and focusing on the strong points.
- “Calling all [industry] dare-devils!
Looking for financial stability? Then this ad isn’t for you. Our rates tend to increase every year.”
- Are you Qualified for [position]?
- Do you know how to…?
- Can you…?
- Are you willing to…?
If you responded YES to all questions above, then why not give it a go and Apply Now?
What’s the worst that can happen?
This is a fictitious business, for the sole purpose of representation. The ideas here are just to show you that bonding with your customers is also part of a business strategy and can many times bring to light business gaps that you didn’t notice before because you are busy managing your business.
