Describe your most ideal day from beginning to end.
I’d say my (and probably anyone’s ideal day) is realistically one where everything flows without friction. We all get these days, we just don’t tune in as deep and often as we’d like.
Those days where everyone agrees with you, says yes to your requests, people smile back and are polite.
Work feels fulfilling, our tasks make us feel connected with sone form of purpose that aligns with our views, values and ethics.
The roads are not busy, there are no jams and the traffic lights are green all the way to our end destination. Isn’t that it?

I wake up early, in calm and silence.
I drink a natural juice, a coffee, and write a few pages, for myself, for my books, for my thoughts.
My morning at work is clear and efficient: I make decisions, organize things, and move projects forward without stress.
At noon, I slow down, eat peacefully, and enjoy a real human conversation.
In the afternoon, I balance strategy and creativity; I feel useful and aligned.
At the end of the day, I play football, laugh, and clear my mind.
In the evening, I relax with music, reading, and a few more lines of writing.
I go to sleep in peace, satisfied with my day.
